Complaint Review: Steam Buddy

this was received as a Christmas gift. After opening the gift and placing aside until after the New Year-attempted to use this with no results-no steam-no nothing-zip nada. It was purchased at CVS and upon returning I was told unless I had the box no refund available although I had the receipt in hand. Obviously, from all the reports I read this is a total piece of junk and it seems the attorney general of the state where the distributor is located should be involved but as usual its consumer beware-so-unless you want to add junk to your collection avoid pourchasing a steam buddy
