Steam Buddy Was charged for a product even though I never confirmed the order. Santa Clarita California
I clicked on this offer through e-miles promotion and thought it seemed like a good deal. When I got to the end I realized that the shipping charges were exorbitant and found no place to cancel my order or remove items from the shopping cart. So, I closed the window. I realized today that I was still charged for the item. I also found others in the same boat. I've contacted my credit card company to report the fraud.

I returned the product today with a strong complaint letter and a demand of not only what I was charged initially but my return costs as well. We'll see if they respond positively.
As a side note I complained to e-miles and they responded with a nice note stating that they'd complained to their contacts at Steam Buddy and also had removed the vendor from their offering. I'd encourage others to report to e-miles as well.
