Complaint Review: Steam Express Air Duct Cleaning

We received a coupon in the mail, which as $85 for a total house Air Duct cleaning. I contacted them and was told that this was not the case as we had 2 units and that it would be $85 x 2. I had found Mold in a vent and asked if this service would clean it which i was told it would. Upon arrival of the workers, we were told that we would also need to spend $20 for each return vent ($80 extra) plus $4 to clean each vent cover (Extra $40) so $120 over advertized price. For getting rid of the mold, Sanitize, $378, Deodorize, $58 and Mold Care $258. Total cost $992, just a little bit over the $178 we were quoted. Be Aware we may have misread the extram for mold cleaning but come on don't say "Whole house Cleaning" when you don't mean it.
