Complaint Review: Steam Express

This company advertises to clean up to 10 air ducts and steam clean up to 3 rooms for approx. $79.99. Once they arrive, they start tacking on fees for cleaning solutions and all different types of services. They had our invoice up to $800 at one point. My husband told the guy about the coupon on their website and he kept trying to make up all these excuses. We finally told them we would pay $250 for the air duct cleaning and the coils to be cleaned. They also would not honor the free carpet cleaning. Oh and now our A/C does not power on. The fan motor powers on, but the A/C does not come on. A guy is supposed to be coming out again today, but I have yet to see him. Lastly, the guy that came last night does nothing but argue with me on the phone. Hey pal, have you heard of customer service? Don't think so! Don't use this company. They suck~
