I'll try to keep this reasonably brief....

I purchased a WMK steam shower unit from this company, one of their upper-line models, for over $3,000. Everything was great until I tried to assemble the unit. There was no written assembly or installation instructions, just pictures. The user manuals I received were just general manuals that covered multiple models, none of which were mine. I began going back and forth with Dave Novak in March of 2008. To date, I still do not have a manual specific to my unit, after numerous requests (Dave has never even addressed my question about a manual for my specific model).

Additionally, there were a number of missing parts. Dave Novak has been basically unresponsive. He has shipped me several replacement parts over the months, but I've had to chase him for everything. When I try to contact Dave, it typically takes several attempts (phone, email) before I get a response. In some instances, it would take over 2 weeks to get a response. When I do get a response, it's rarely complete. I'll ask 4 questions, Dave's response will contain an answer to 1 or 2 of them...Sometimes not even that. This has been going on since March of 2008....Over 7 months, and I still do not have a working unit.

In my most recent contact with Dave, he tried to push me off on the Manufacturer (WMK) for support (I did ask Dave for their contact information). Dave said they were very good with support. Well, since 10/20/2008 I've sent 3 emails to WMK, no response to any of them. My last email to Dave was 2 days ago, still awaiting a response.

The bottom line here is that I simply want the unit I paid over $3000 for to function properly. To date, I have 95% of the unit working, but there are still a few features that are not functioning. One of the non-functioning features is the steam generator, which is arguably one of the most important functions of a STEAMshower. I've given Dave every opportunity to make things right, and he clearly isn't interested. I hate that it has to to go this far, but I don't know what else to do.

I see also that there is at least one other ripoff report filed against this company, and while the issues are different, it appears those folks had the same trouble getting Dave Novak to make things right. I've kept written documentation of all my phone contacts with Dave Novak, and every email exchange is saved as well. I suppose my next step is legal action. Buyer beware of this company.
