May 30th my son "12 yrs old" was conned into buying a game for some Chinese member on steam games.

I caught the scam very fast as it was reported to me on e-mail.

 

I reported it and demanded a refund. Removal of the game.

 

This company REFUSES to refund my money back and has requested ONLY IF THE THEIF asks for it.

 

So my take on this is that steam does not gaurd or support it's clients. It's UNSAFE to buy games from them with your credit card because if it's been hacked or misused, even reporting it won't get you your refund back.

 

This is a situation where I can see that Steam's interest in only $$$.

 

This company policy protects hackers.

 

They have no ETHIC MORALS what so ever.

 

It's 14 bucks and I could let it slip but it's the pinciples of the matter that matters to me.

 

Stay away from this gaming company. They are theives. You are better to buy the real game from the store, own it, and never risk being ripped off like this again.
