I like to think of myself as savy to scams but this company did a number on me. I ordered a "free" trial of Hoodiacut for the price of shipping. I actually forgot about the order, it took so long to ship to me. When I go the package, I opened it up and tossed out the contents. I don't even remember if anything came with the bottle. I believe I would have noticed since I would have been looking for instructions. None the less, I sure didn't know there was any kind of agreement I should have been aware of.

I used my Debit card since is was such a small amount for the shipping. Yesterday, while checking my balances on line, I find a debit to my account for 69.95. I called my bank this morning and they said they couldn't do anything at this time, I will have to wait until tomorrow when the charge actually hits the account, then I can open a dispute with the Bank's Dispute Department

I called the Help Desk on the bottle and the first person was pretty rude, apparently reading from a script, "Sorry, these charges were agreed upon by you." I didn't know what he was talking about. He wouldn't listen to me, told me there wasn't a supervisor for me to talk to and eventually hung up on me. I called back, got a different young man, he was nicer but told me under no circumstances would the company refund my money. I said that I would refuse the shipment and send it back, he said they would just throw it in the trash because they couldn't verify I didn't tamper with the product. Even when I mentioned that I would not even open the box, he said it didn't matter. He gave me a number cancelling any further charges to my card, but tomorrow I will go ahead and cancel the card. After reading the reviews, I have a feeling the number is worthless.

I've learned a valuble lesson I really can't afford. I feel something MUST be done about this scamming company and would like to be a part of any Class Action Law Suite that may be brought against them.

The person who wrote about HoodiaCut was correct in saying they rip consumers off, but they named the wrong company. While Steel Bridge Medical in las Vegas may be the ones who actually dispense the product, the company that's ripping people off is Real Solutions Labs, Inc., a company that, unfortunately, is in the West Indies and out of reach of consumer laws.

Also, as boring as they are, you MUST READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU BUY!
