When we got ready to move to a better place we gave these people proper notice. Never late on rent. We even opt for a non refundable security deposit. So when we got ready to vacate we were cleared to go. A week later the sent us a bill for furnature left in the apartment. The apartment was clean and clear. Why did they clear us and then decided to charge us for something that was not there. Besides,isn't the non refundable security deposit for such things. There was nothing left in the apartment and we have witnesses to the effect.
