Steinhafels Refusal to back warranty they sold to me - 8 months and counting with broken couch Oak Creek Wisconsin
No need to type a novel. For 8 months my couch has been broken And the warranty company has continued to tell me they are waiting for parts. I have been patient leaving my couch reclined while I wait for these parts but finally I have asked Steinhofels to take some responsibility for the partner that they went to business with and for the warranty that they sold the value of.
I have pasted the below email from the customer service manager basically telling me to continue figuring it out myself and they refuse to take any responsibility or help solve my issue even though I am their customer not the customer of the warranty company.
This is disgusting.

I understand you are not happy with the answer. However this is the answer, regardless of anyone you speak with at Steinhafels. Yes, I am a decision maker here as the manager of the Customer Service department in the corporate office. If you would like to complain on social media or the BBB, you are able to do so.
However, I would encourage you to use that effort towards requesting what you are looking for through Guardsman. I am telling you the way to make the request and possibly get the result you wish by contacting Guardsman. Should you reach out through other methods including BBB, Steinhafels answer would remain the same. I am not reading you talking points, I am answering your request and attempting to give you information that may result in what you are requesting. Thank You, -Bill
