Ron **** filed this complaint obviously disgruntled about his termination. Stellar Flooring stopped payment on checks cut to this contractor after irratic behavior, and admitted drug abuse at the job (Ron is a recovering alcoholic abusing xanax, check the mispellings in his listings...); we discovered he had been billing the company for work not performed. Checks were made to Dreamscapes which we determined is not owned by Mr **** and to the best of our knowledge he is not even an employee of Dreamscapes. Over 300 customers have purchased carpet and/or flooring from Stellar Flooring and not one has ever not recieved what they purchased. No installer has ever gone without pay for any work completed as subcontractors of Stellar Flooring.

They keep blaming their suppliers. But in facot the are on Credit Hold with all of their suppliers. The only mill they do business with has them on COD plus they have to pay a porting of there back invoices. They by some of there products 15 % higher than give a 15% discount to finance the sale. Then sell in at 20%. Hey they just lost 10 % but they got your money!!! email at dreamscapes2@tampabay.rr.com I attach a file with copies of all their FRAUDULENT CHECKS (4 bad, WORTHLESS checks in no longer just NSF) it's a felony.

They bounce your check them blame you for not taking it to the bank. Civil Action and Criminal action has begun, Becareful doing business with this company. The owners are headed for jail.
