steph's bags defrauded me by not shipping an order but charging my credit card, Internet
The second week of August (9th) I ordered two sets of bean bags. Steph's confirmed receiving my order and sent me an email that my order was shipped (August 18th). Although I was given a USPS shipping number and have sent several emails and phoned the contact number on their website, no one from Stephanie's has responded and I still haven't received my order.

It took almost a month, and the threat of other action I have never had to take when purchasing from another on-line merchant, but my delinquent order from Steph's Bags has finally arrived! Although the quality of the merchandise is superior to what I can locate locally I'm probably not going to refer any friends, just because it shouldn't be that difficult to receive a legitimate order.
