Steph's Bags - Stephanie C Marsillett Stephs Bag Ripoff Missing Order Winchester, Kentucky
I placed an order October 22, 2009, received email confirmation the same day. Never received shipping confirmation. I called Stephanie, to no avail. She does not answer phone calls, but does occasionally reply to text messages.
On November 3rd, after I called her phone number about 20 times in 10 minutes, she informed me (by text message) that her dad had heart surgery and had not had time, but would take care of my order.
It is now November 19th and still no response or reply to recent text messages.
Do not purchase bags from this vendor! If its not a scam...... it sure is a poor operation.
