Complaint Review: Stephanie J

I contacted Stephanie J with She Brands Inc via Instagram to place an order for same day logo design and 100 business cards. Payment was made via Cash App however design was not provided.

Two days later and after several unprofessional emails, I was sent a sample that did not even include my company's full name which was included in each email subject line and in the formal design request. All design details were provided, including the color combination which was not regarded in the sample.

I respectfully requested return of my money since days had passed and only a watermarked sample of only half of my company name was sent. Stephanie refused to refund my money and has yet to provide the product /service I paid for.

Do Not, I repeat, Do Not fall victim to this company's fraudulent practices and poor customer service.
