Complaint Review: Stephanie Maher

Stephanie Maher sells her homemade products (pillows, purses, etc.) on a popular website, ETSY.COM.  She sells under the name TheMaterialGirl. I purchased and paid for a pillow from her back on July, 16. And not only have I never been shipped the pillow but she doesn't answer any of the e-mails I've sent her recently asking for the pillow either. The last I heard from her back on Aug. 7 was she was going to send the pillow out on Mon. (Aug. 9). It also shows it as "un-shipped" on Etsy so I know it's not a matter of it being lost in the mail. I filed a report for "non-delivery of goods" with Etsy and she hasn't answered that either. She has on her Etsy page that she has gotten a new job....so I guess that just means that I'm screwed.....that she can't be bothered with either sending out my pillow or crediting me back my money?!  I'm also not the only one she's done this to. Others on Etsy have had the same experience with her.

Stephanie Maher you are a thief!!!  I'd like to have either my pillow or my money back!!
