Complaint Review: Go Public Today

We contracted with Stephen Brock and Public Company Management in March, 2005 for the purposes of providing public offering and fund raising services. The services provided by Public Company Management were later found to be in violation of securities laws and we were forced into redoing all the work performed by Stephen Brock and his associates. When we first addressed the issue with Stephen Brock, we were told not to consult an attorney. Following that, we were asked to hire Tim Fernback for the sum of $10k, only to not having completed the work.

Finally, we were contacted by his attorney who pointed out all the problems associated with Stephen Brock's errors. Since, we have found other companies which have suffered the same fate due the negligence of Mr. Brock. Stephen Brock also operations under the names Nevada Fund, Inc., PubCo White Papers, Inc., GoPublicToday.com, Inc. and Public Company Management Services, Inc. In addition, operations GoPublicToday.com, PCMS-Team.com, pubcowhitepapers.com, PublicCompanyManagement.com, foreigncompanylisting.com, macapitaladvisers.com
