Complaint Review: Stephen Christopher Melton

I'm looking for Steve Melton who is last known to be in Winston Salem, NC. He is 2500.00 behind and counting on his child support. The agency does nothing to help. They expect you to do it all for them. What a waste of our tax dollars in North Carolina. He is running with his girlfriend " Stella". That's all I know about her. They were last known to be staying with her stepfather in Winston Salem. They will take anything they can get their filthy hands on and sell it. He drives a burgundy Firebird or Camero older model. He is 5 ft 7, bald, hazel eyes, and does construction work. He has ripped his sons heart completely in half. The car has T-tops. Stella is blonde medium lenght hair, goes barefooted all the time and smokes. Steve also dips copenhagen. They are professional liars so beware. I think they both have other warrants here in Rowan County. Sad thing is a dead beat parent has more rights than the parent raising the child. I will find him and I will not give up. So if you know him watch your back and be smart and report him.
