Stephen Condodemetraky Autosports International Inc. Court Judgment for non-payment of services; & Order to assign over Accounts Receivable Derry, New Hampshire
BEWARE!!
Judgment entered in Los Angeles Superior Court against defendants: Autosports International Inc.; Aftokinito Rally, Inc.; The Robin Hood Rally and Stephan Condodemetraky on May 3, 2011 for damages due to non-payment of services. On July 19, 2011 the court ordered Mr. Condodemetraky and his co-defendants to assign their accounts receivable and other rights to payment from third parties to me.
Michael Noval (Plaintiff) was hired by Stephan Condodemetraky (Defendant) to create, produce and direct a reality TV series based on the Robin Hood Rally. Noval provided several months of service, yet received
only partial payment. The outstanding amount was not paid, even though Condodemetraky
acknowledged the bill was legitimate.
Plaintiff was forced to pursue the outstanding debt via legal means... and a judgment was awarded. The Defendants have ignored attempts to collect the judgment. Apparently, Mr. Condodemetraky is planning another Robin Hood Rally event where entry fees are being solicited.
The first attempt to put a show on the air failed, apparently due to a lack of funds. Many promises were not kept, and many on the crew are still owed money. Mr. Condodemetraky stated investors put in over
$500k. According to the investors with whom I have spoken they have not received any return of their investment.
