We have been living in the house we thought we were buying since Nov of 07. We where in the process of having a contract written up by an attorney with the price and 2 years to be personaly financed we have put thousands of dollers plus hundreds of hours of work into the home.

when He gave us the option to either have a landlord or have the home purchased within 90 days he raised the price of the home 23,000 dollers and cut the time to finance by a year and a half.

when we moved in to the home the pool looked like a swamp there was 100's of bugs in the home and dog poop all over the floors we have put all new light fixtures electrical outlets bought ownings for the front and back porch.

we have painted the inside of the home, planted a garden had a fence put up built a deck by the pool in the back yard, bought marble for the kitchen and living room, bought a new pool pump, we have done so much to the house it is unbelievable, so basicly we fixed the home up so he could turn around kick us out and sell it for way more than he ever could have.

Never had an aggrement to sell the house to them. Leased the property to her and aggreed that they could purchase they property for what I owed any time they wanted . They foolishly invested in a property that they did not own and do not have the credit to finance. Sorry but they moved out and quit paying rent on a signed rental aggrement witch I have not even pursued them for the balance of the lease. Lessons learned there names are Craig Wallace and Jodi Gibson.
