Several complaints were made during the course of our project about poor quality of work performed by Mr. Lanciano and his crew.  The worst were ongoing problems with the flooring he had installed.  He damaged brand new carpet in his attempts to fix bouncing of the subfloor against floor joists by putting nails and screws through it.

We had a water leak from the bathroom he installed as part of the project into the kitchen below.  During the course of homeowners insurance claim processing and repairs the plumber discovered that he had nailed through water supply lines and pinched a radiator line between the subfloor and a joist.  Both lines were positioned in a way that did not follow building codes.

The team working to replace the kitchen ceiling also found that he had compressed pre-existing electrical lines during the process of sistering the original joists in the ceiling.  This was another code violation as well as a fire hazard which was confirmed by the township building inspector.  Mr. Lanciano denies responsibility for his poor workmanship and we are still figuring out the full cost of repairs needed due to his carelessness.

If you want good value for your money, stay away from this company.  All this was found even though we had permits and inspections.  Lanciano tries to cover up his mistakes by hiding them inside walls or under floors and lying to anyone who questions him.  Here are some examples of what he did (http://www.redincwell.com/SF_LCI_Images_Fax.htm).
