A former, very senior pilot who was with Delta by the name of Stephen Melvin Snelson, from Utah passport number (((REDACTED))) and date of birth xx April 19xx, is wanted by the Philippine police, there is a warrant for his arrest for conspiracy, bribing of law enforcement, entrapment and planting of drugs in July 2018. Captain Steve as he calls himself was behind it. The embassy/ FBI office in Manila has been informed and they are cooperating. I know that Mr. Snelson is using his so called buddy passes to offer other people involved in this to travel to and from the Philippines, he is also using his seniority with Delta to allow him travel to and from the Philippines.
