Complaint Review: Sterling Optical

I ordered a pair of glasses on 12/1/05. On 12/5, I was to pick them up; however, despite the fact they had called the day before the glasses were not there. I had to come back the next day. I called on 12/8 as the script was not correct. They ask me to come in on 12/20. They tried to say the glasses just needed an adjustment.

I have worn glasses for 36 years; I know when things are not right. After tripping a few times, I called yet again. A new apt. was made for a full examination, on 1/5/06. Suprise, they had put the wrong script in distance and reading correction!

The Doctor also noted the frames would not hold a bi-focal script. I picked up the new glasses on 1/10/06, and they have yet to get them to fit correctly. And the left eye is still not correct. These glasses cost $439.00!

If you have ever worn glasses you know the aggrevation of glasses sliding down your nose constantly.
