I spent $325.00 for one pair of glasses and the eye exam (in my opinion a major rip-off) and was told it would take 3-5 business days to get them. I called after one week, then after two weeks,
still no glasses. When I politely expressed my displeasure about the delay I was rudely spoken to by the person on the phone.

I finally received them after about 3 weeks, but that's not the end of the problems. I wore them for a few days, when one of the lenses fell out along with a huge piece of plastic. It seems they cut the lens too small and had to use a washer. But that's still not the end of it.

I took them back to the store and showed them to the woman and told her I wanted the lens replaced not just put back in. I then asked her if she would replace a tiny plastic nose piece on my old broken glasses while I waited another 3-5 days for the new ones to come back in. She wasn't going to do it unless I paid $3.00 for it. I told her I wasn't going to pay for the nose piece and asked to speak to the manager(who never did come out). With a bad attitude she reluctantly replaced the nose piece and I left.

No one ever apologized for the delays or the problems I had with the glasses. I will NEVER go back to Sterling Optical again.
