Complaint Review: Sterling Property Management/Capitial Vest Reality743 South Brea Blvd #15

A simple request to remove water from bird baths turned in to a nightmare. After Fair Housing was called we were harraissed daily and recieved a evection notice. The Property Management Company dodges our calls. Bonnie Jensen the apt. manager, sided w/ her friend Erin Lewis(bird bath lady) right from the get go.
Before even hearing anything that happened. When you try to reach Sterling via internet you get a web page that sates
"welcome to Sterling Property Management's Web Site." They also go by CAPITIAL VEST REALITY. Now we are waiting to go to court. Dec 9 2004. We have tried to reason w/ Bonnie but she brushes us off and acts as if we are not there. However she does talk w/ other tenents and from what I have heard she does not like us and we can't leave fast enough for her. Also she shows no concern for the welfare of my 1 year old child. I enformed her of a problem w/ the garage. It wasn't staying up and it almost fell on my baby and I. Bonnie responded with "At the moment I am more worried if the garages fall on people's cars."
