I purchased precious metals from Superior Gold Group which was to be held in an IRA trust by SGG. After a year, I was never informed by SGG or Sterling Trust that the metals were never delivered to the account. I finally got SGG to refund all the money which I paid for the metals. I then tried to move the money to an etrade IRA account. After etrade had sent the appropriate paperwork, I contacted SGG on numerous ocassions to find out why the money had not been delivered. Each time, they promise that it would be done on the same day. The initial request was made in Dec. 2009, it is now Feb. 2010 and the money is still in the Sterling Trust acct. Forget about calling them. The normal waiting time is between 1 annd 2 hours. In fact, I am holding for them right now ( 2 hrs. 3 min.) already with one caller ahead on me. I could not recommend either Superior Gold Group or Sterling Trust Company to any friend. Keep your money away from these guys.
