In 2008 we made the decision to roll  our retirement accounts into precious metals, after hearing Bruce Sands on a Christian radio station. Bruce had us set up accounts at Sterling Trust to roll our accounts over into. The money went to
Sterling Trust and they gave it to Superior Gold - Bruce Sands. But the percious metals never made ther way into our retirement accounts. Accounts we were being charged all kinds of fees on. Managing fees storage fees for empty accounts. They were managing and storing nothing.

Bruce Sands - Superior Gold were taken to civial court by the city attorney of Santa Monica. (we have the court transscripts)

Now we have lost 75,000.00 and are having a terrible run around by Sterling Trust to just close the accounts. In the  mean time Sterling Trust is charging fees for an account that has nothing in it. They want what they call a Fair Market Evaluation Sheet signed and noterized by a third party. We can find no one who can do this. We feel if anyone can say the accounts are empty it should be Sterling Trust themselves. No one wants to noterize a document saying these accounts are of no value. They have no way of knowing that except what we tell them.

So we have empty accounts being charged fees for managing and can't get Sterling Trust to just close the accounts.
