Potential "franchisees" or other investors beware: this is the 3rd company since 2007 that Scott Sandler has run, and it's all part of the same scam. The first two companies were Commercial Property Consultants, LLC, and then National Asset Partners. Try a Google search one each one and see what comes up. Both also have reports on this website. Some report numbers you can reference are 441057 and 478900. Both are now out of business, have been sued left and right, and have bilked individuals seeking a "business opportunity" out of millions of dollars. I know, I was one of the dupes that got screwed by Commercial Property Consultants.
They sell you this great sounding "business opportunity", then leave you hanging out to dry once they have your money. They got $90,000 from me when I bought in. Do you really think they cared what happened after that?? Nope. And why should they? I heard that had a couple hundred "affiliates" like me. Let's see: $90,000 X 200 affiliates...well, I'll let you do the math, and you can see for yourself why they're doing this.
I don't know if I'll ever recover my losses ($90,000) or not, but this guy Scott Sandler is a scum of the highest magnitude. He has enriched himself by ripping off honest but unwitting individuals seeking an honest living. Be careful!! These guys are VERY good at "selling the dream." They are very persuasive and will absolutely tell you everything you want to hear.
If you don't believe me, just do some of your own research, both on this site, and also run a couple of Google searches on those companies. These guys didn't screw just me and other affiliates. They even bilked the engineers and clients that they were supposedly serving. Numerous court judgments have been obtained against them , but the companies went out of business, claimed to have no money left, and then the principles involved (like Scott Sandler) just started a new company doing the same thing. First Commercial Property Consultants, then National Asset Partners, now "SterlingPoint Systems." These guys have no shame whatsoever.
It might be too late for me, but I consider it my civic duty to at least bring this to light. You've been warned...

It would appear Sterlingpoint Systems is no longer in business as they are not accepting phone calls. And this was only 6 months into their sales pitch of a new economy. For those who paid their $12,000, you're out of luck. The iron clad money back guarantee they gave lip service on is worthless.
It also appears Scott Sandler's other company National Asset Partners has also shut it's doors.
And that falls in line with the shutting down of Commercial Property Consultants (CPC) which was done with William Stredney and Kathy Richards, who filed for bankruptcy taking as much as $90,000 from each individual. Even here, they claimed to be doing record breaking business at the time.
If anyone has a complaint against these people, I suggest writing to the Federal Trade Commission. Many people already have. And write your congresspeople, state legislature and state consumer protection offices.
