I have rented this apartment for over 15 years. Since that time, the landlord has never replaced the carpet, or the chipped sink and bathtub, deep unsanitary cracks in kitchen counters, rusting light fixture, rusting medicine cabinet, rusted shower door, rusted shower head, and has never repainted the apartment unit in 15 years. Also, many of the cabinets of the kitchen are broken, half of the range-top does not work. Also, there is a huge gap in the screen door, letting in insects and rodents; vermins etc. Recently, Los Angeles County Health Department visited my unit as well as the pool. They have shut down the pool because of unsanitary conditions. And now, the management retaliated and shut down the hot water for more than 3 days.

These are unsanitary and intolerable living conditions. I would like your agency to investigate these matters. In advance, thank you for your assistance.
