I ordered a part from these guys for my boat, so far no parts.

They claim it was shipped but I have no tracking#.
Have call 6 times to get voice mail that says we will call you right back but sofar nothing, but they charged my account with the bill.

Not sure why you did not get a tracking number as it is usually automated. Sometimes they get blocked by spam filters. My FedEx records show you received the drive the day after you wrote your complaint. If you have any other issues, call or email. Regards.
