I ordered a stethescope from this website, I never recieved my product and wanted my money back. He stated he returned the money, but not to my surprise he never returned it. I used a debit card so therefore the bank will not file action. I filed a report with my poloce dept and the Better Business Bureau Hopefully he will STOPPED!

Since 1996 we have faithfully followed a "No Unhappy Campers Policy" with the utmost courtesy, and respect for the tens of thousands of satisfied stethoscope customers who have justifiably trusted us to produce and deliver their custom, and personalized stethoscopes, and our skill, experience and equipment for building, engraving, repairing, and refurbishing stethoscopes is unmatched anywhere in the world and re Being a small company, we may not have the staff to always respond as quickly as we would like, but our quality and attention to detail is peerless. During especially busy holiday, graduation, and pre-clinical procurement periods we have sometimes been overloaded, while we try to ensure and maintain Tiffany quality, Nordstrom service, and Wal-Mart prices, at Starbucks drive-thru speed. We are generally successful, but we are not perfect. If customers cannot reach us immediately on our toll-free # 866-STETHOS, they are welcome to call the owner-manager's personal cell-phone 206 755 0840 to resolve any outstanding issues 9AM-Midnight (Pacific Time) Sun.-Thurs., and 9AM to 5PM (Pacific Time) on Fri.
