Complaint Review: Steve @ Choosedirect.com

Ordered a Hot Tub the 8th of April, was told it would be 7-11 weeks till it arrived. Since then I've been given 4 different shipping dates ,& 4 different arrival dates. My e-mails were not answered, & can not contact Steve B. who made the deal. It's been 4 months, & the last I was told was my Tub was in customs. My attempts to retrieve my full payment of $3199.00 have gone unheeded.
