Steve Green, Communication Technologies Inc, Chesterfield Mo. BUYER BEWARE, unethical business practices, failure to honor warranty and agreement Chesterfield, Missouri
Steve Green, Manager, Communication Technologies Inc., Chesterfield, Mo., 63005, http://www.cti-stl.com, BUYER BEWARE. We needed a new phone system for our small but growing business. Steve Green was the cheapest but we got what we payed for. Defective product, shoddy workmanship and their installation crew left a huge mess. Steve Green promised us service after the sale and there was none, Steve Green avoided our calls and would not return messages. When we recieved the cancelled check from our bank, we found that it was cashed the very same day at a check cashing center. Not a problem for us, but I was very suspect of a business that cannot deposit a check into a commercial business account. Seemed desperate. We were right. ,.We are now working directly with the Manufacturer to have this issue resolved.

We have no outstanding customer complaints/issues at CTI. Our company
has many references/relationships going back as far as 20 years and are always
more than willing to provide as many references as necessary of customers of a
similar size that can answer as to the quality of workmanship and their long
term experiences with dealing with our company.
Any issues can be reported to our service department in a number of ways such as email, web portal, & simple phone call. Emails and the web portal are saved and all calls are recorded to provide verification of any specific conversation. We would welcome the opportunity to address
this complaint first hand but it was made anonymously.
The poster could not and is not working directly with the manufacturer as the manufacturers that we represent
do not have field technicians and solely rely on their dealer network.
All financial transactions pass through our commercial accounts. Our current banking relationships have been the same for the past 13 years. The claims of having used a "check cashing center" show that this is not an actual customer making this claim and we would welcome this poster to put a copy of their "cancelled check" and the contract they signed with our company up in the rebuttal section of this post for all to see.
Once again, we would welcome the opportunity to address any issues directly but it is obvious that this post was
NOT made by an actual customer.
