Complaint Review: Steve Grossman Just Kids Furniture

Steve Grossman of Just Kids Furniture took $1373 deposit for furniture August 2001. To make a long story short, August of 2002 Steve Grossman told me over the phone that I would have my "furniture next week". I never got the furnture.

I called my lawyer and he called Steve Grossman (aug 2002), Mr.Grossman said he would fill all orders.

I never got the furniture, I havent heard from Mr. Grossman, when I went to the actual place of business, he was not there a new furniture company was there (aug 2002).

Now its almost December 2002 and I dont have my sons furniture or my $1373. If anyone ahs any info on Steve Grossman please email me, I need his address to take him to small claims court.

Any help would be deeply appreciated. Its not fun getting ripped off.
