Complaint Review: Steve Jansen Stoneworks

We were referred to this company by a co worker whos neighbor had their driveway or patio re-surfaced. The initial conversation and impression was favorable.

Mr Jansen said he would come by a second time and re-quote but didn't

We never got a written contract or plan with an estimate, just a verbal quote

The workmanship and support from the crew was good enough, though the staingcolors were not as we expected (the darer color was too light, not what we saw on the demo piece)

We didn't receive any care instructions in writing nor written receipt via email or USPS as he said he would.

The end product is better (adequate) from what is was and I'm not totaly dis-appoited

I would gaurd my future recommendations.
