Complaint Review: Steve Jones dodge Jeep and Ramsey in Arkansas

I Recieved a scratch off card in the mail for the gigantic sales event they are having in Arkansas the card says if your numbers match the numbers next to a prize you win that prize well I be surprised my numbers match for the 1000 cash prize it also gives u a number to call to give a confirmation number to make sure you are a winner I called the number and yes they confirmed I was a winner and to meet at the address on the scratch off card. I am beyond pissed these people are scammers and frauds and mislead u I took a 30 minute drive to Arkansas only to be told that just because my numbers matched doesn’t mean I was a winner that I would only give a 25 dollar Wal-Mart gift card and u have to fill out a paper and send it in the mail just to get the gift card so not only did they scam me out of a 1000 cash prize I was also scammed out of 25 dollar Wal-Mart Gift card!!! And every time I call to get in contact with Steve Jones the phone just rings and rings ... someone please help me out with this on what I should do should I call the news and let them know they are scamming people or call the Arkansas Auto Commission
