Maintenance has not been kept up. The maintenance guy called me a f*cking b*tch which I have a police report for regarding the incident. There has been two gas leaks that maintenance and Matt Kornmeir neglected to help, I called dte.

I have asked maintenance to caulk my bathroom since I moved in. I have complained to Matt Kornmeir since I moved in that every time I cook there is a gas smell. Maintenance has neglected to fix valve stop on gas lines for water heater and behind stove. I have a recording of his hired employee informed him to change valve stopper I believe it’s called behind stove from December 2020 that has been neglected. Water damage.

When it rains water comes through my back door because door does not fit frame. When Grosse Pointe had June 25,26, 2021 flood, I informed Matt who offered zero assistance besides dropping off a furnace filter that is to big to replace my furnace.



I have no pathway to walk up to my townhome, my townhome is not updated and when I moved in Matt said he would not raise my rent until he updated due to negligence of construction, fridge is old and dusty, oven, cabinets are outdated.

Matt has continued to raise rent without doing any maintenance so I am paying same amount as my neighbor who has updated townhome. Matt refuses to have city inspector inspect your town home, I actually talked to the inspector and emailed who said he would inspect my townhome and never did. In Grosse pointe they all know each other, my town home is neglected and would not meet code if inspected.

Matt did nothing when Doug his maintenance guy neglected to fix leak with tub.I have recordings, emails, pictures, and saved paperwork since I moved in. ANK enterprises neglects maintenance, commits fraud by raising rent during pandemic.
