Complaint Review: Steve Kwok

Steve Kwok presented himself on the phone as an athlete who runs a fitness and health center. He ordered two pulse electromagnetic devices for his "health center". Steve was very nice and polite, filled the contract out for a 8 weeks rent, and paid everything with his Bank of America Visa card.
That was on the 9th of September 2007. On the 13th of September he called and politly explained that he has not received his shippment. We hurried and contacted DHL, and were provided with the Mailroom manager's signature, confirming the shippemnt arrival. That was the "right time" for Steve Kwok to file a chargeback, the declaired reason was: Not receiving his order.
Bank of America Visa, is fighting for frauds and cons like Steve, and the money was taken out of our company's account $5,500 and returned to Steve.
Steve Kwok was wise enough letting the Mailroom manager sign the DHL receiving form, so, Visa had the reason to chargeback.
Well, the Mailroom manager gave his signature and explanation that, when the shippment arrived, he called Mr. Stve Kwok (crook would rime better)
who came right away and took his order.
Bank of America Visa, protects you if you are the con and thief. God forbid if you are the victim and the honest party, you will be ripped off by Visa Bank of America. Is this the recipe for a proseperous economy and honest business in america? Do not work with Bank of America Visa, unless you are a :Con, crook, thief, or just a common fraud.
