Steve Majors Sedan Investment Group, Cash flow cafe Phony limited parnership, issued worthless unregistered stock Las Vegas Nevada
Con man Steve Majors put on an investment seminar in Las Vegas. He promoted a Real Estate investment that was to return 5X the original investment. For about 1 1/2 years he sent out E-mails detailing how the "investment" was going, giving out glowing reviews.
After 1 1/2 years the E-mails go fewer and fewer, then they stopped. Following up, I found the phone # was no longer in service, the E-mails were returned, and when I went to his "office" I found that was a mail drop. I tracked down his home address and found it was vacant and in Foreclosure.
He took OVER $100,000 from our group of investors. If you GOOGLE the name Steve Majors you will find that one of the investors sued Majors and won a judgement against him. You also find that on his FACEBOOK page He still promoting the same scam to other investors, except this time he is offering 3X the investment.
Don't expect any justice from any of the SO CALLED consumer protection agencies. I contacted every State and Federal agency and thier lack of reply showed they had no interest in helping me.
My advice to all who read this, RUN FROM STEVE MAJORS as fast as you can. Once he has your money, considerate gone forever! He's back in Vegas, so BEWARE.
