Complaint Review: STEVE NOBLE MICHIGAN CONSTRUCTION CON MAN!

Steve Noble came to me in the begining of January 2017 wanting me to go into the construction businesses with him.  He decided on the name Prime Home Services, Prime Direct Now. 

He claimed to have all the licensing and insurance required to do such he just needed my help financially to get back on his feet.

I personally paid him over $40k to get him on his feet.  At first with a few connections he sold a few jobs so I was hopeful.   

Myself not having any experience in the construction business, my job was to market and adverstise along with work on technology to set up a logistics system to ensure better customer service experience.  He assured me that he would handle all sales and material ordering etc.

About a month in Steve was acting very unreliable he also at his own suggestion started working for a company called TEMO to ensure he had extra income as the business grew.  

Eventually I was using personal funds to run the company because sales were just too hit or miss.  

I notified Steve that I wasnt interested in continuing because it was not a profitable venture and I didnt see him doing anthing to fix that.

He kept assuring me that he was going to change it up and make the company successful.  

By season change the end of 2017 we had a 2 jobs that needed to be closed out and grab the profit from then I was going to close the business, I kept receiving the run-around from Steve stating the jobs were delayed or more work was added to the work order.  

Steve kept these customers close to his chest not divolging their contact information.  Finally enough was enough I found out through other means the customers contact information and contacted the customers.  I asked when they would be cashing out the jobs it was several months and we needed funds. 

Both customers stated that they had paid STEVE NOBLE in cash or checks made out in his name months before and still had some work to be completed. 

This is when I found out how the con worked.  Steve would get a deposit on a job made out in a check in the company and the other half cash he put into his pocket.  

I found out this had happened multiple times.  I started receiving phone calls from customers that stated they had paid Steve Noble and couldnt get in contact with him.  

These customers were not in our company files I had no idea.  Between customer refunds, taking losses on jobs he stole from, material companies he used my credit on to use for other side jobs to fund his own initiatives I ended up paying total $200k plus the $40k for a grand total of $240k to salvage reputation and legal issues. 

I personally contact Macomb and Oakland County Sherrifs Departments multiple times to which I was told "IT IS A CIVIL MATTER BECAUSE YOU BOTH WORKED TOGETHER" all I could do was spend $5k with an attorney to file civil case against him, which is like trying to get blood out of a turnip.

His fiance then wife now, found out about all of it and contacted me, broke up but are now back together.  The ring he gave her was paid for with my money!!  

After researching I found he has done similiar things with other companies he has worked with Hansons Roofing, Select Restoration, and others he has worked with. 

Currently he is working with Corner Stone Custom Brick, beware of him and his methods.  I hope he gets what he deserves he has caused my family alot of stress emotionally and financially.
