Steve Rowland, Michelle Cordova,Mr.Kenny Tran I was ripped off for 300.00 for a maltese puppy,owner,breeder and travel agent all included. This is a scam using a breeder from here and sending money to Nigeria, thru a travel agent. Lagos internet
I was seeking a puppy after the death of my puppy. I went to a breeder web site, and was e-mailed back by her that steve rowland who was working with the u.s.House of representatives at the rayburn house in washington D.C was putting up for adoption his 3 maltese puppies.
I e-mailed him and for the cost of shipping 300.00 I was to receive a puppy,after several e-mails i was told to send the money by western union thru his travel agent to Mr.kenny Tran lagos nigeria 23401. then the next e-mail was to send 250.00 more dollars to keep the puppy from being quarintened.
i then knew it was a scam, only too late for the money i sent. my best advise to anyone is to wait after the death of your dog, and then buy one locally. never send money western union.
