I ordered $2000 worth of new wheels and tires. I originally was told it would take 5 business days to receive before placing order. After order was placed I was told items are back ordered and it would be two additional weeks. At this point I requested the refund / stop order process (multiple emails). I received responses to other questions within the same emails, however no rep ever acknowledged my question on refund process. 

Ultimately it took 6 weeks to receive my order (yes, the delays continued, and my request for a refund/process ignored). 

When order finally received everything was correct and in good shape, however upon installation the rear wheel center caps did not fit. I was told since I installed and drove on them I could not return. Steve's Discount Wheels rep stated that I should have done the investigation to ensure center caps would fit - I completely disagree - they're the experts and should know what fits.

Yes, SDW is low cost, but consider other options.
