These unethical fraudsters bilked the investors of Solera Networks out of millions of dollars, filed lawsuits against the creators of the companies technology -- including a 4 YEAR OLD CHILD, and paid off judges and attorneys all along the way, including a big fat hog in the 4th district court named Judge Darold J. McDade (who received a real estate payoff from these slimeballs in exchange for throwing rulings their way).
They were SUED in the 4th district court and found by Judge Hansen to have forged corporate documents, engaged in securities fraud, committed perjury, and stolen tens of millions of dollars from The Canopy Group in Lindon, UT. After the Utah Court of Appeals ruled to hear the final outcomes of their alter-ego scheme called "Solera Networks", they promptly settled all of these lawsuits and got the inventor of their technology to accept a payoff in order to seal all the evidence from the public and the good people of Utah Valley.
These scumbags are petty criminals. Any investor or technologist who does business with them is an idiot -- they will rip you off and fire you and shuffle you out the door. Check the filings for Solera Networks at the Division of Corporations in Delaware and you will find they only had authority to issue 10,000,000 shares of stock and scammed The Canopy Group by issuing 25,000,000 unauthorized shares to themselves, stole Canopy's money, forged fake agreements while employees of The Canopy Group to make themsevles un-fireable, and ran off with tens of millions of dollars from Ray Noorda's estate and collapsed the high tech economy in Utah Valley. Great going fat hog Judge Darold J. McDade, you sold your brothers and sisters down the river to a bunch of silicon valley raiders.
Steve Shillingford is a silicon valley leech brought in by Bryan Sparks and Ron Heinz to rape Solera Networks and The Canopy Group. They just sold Utah's Jobs to overseas interests once more. BEWARE most of the Utah Venture Firms who associate with these crooks -- they are fronts for Silicon Valley leeches like Larry Sonsini and intel.

We have been a solera networks customer for over 7 years. We were shocked to learn we have purchased technology from a company of crooks. We had our corporate attorney investigate this ripoff report and I discovered its TRUE! These unethical people have been using this company as a securities scam, bilking customers and investors alike. We discovered that many of their customers have returned their overpriced products and demanded a refund.
We also looked into these allegation these crooks stole money from the Canopy Group and were shocked to learn it was true. They setup dozens of shell companies and scammed millions of dollars and funnelled it into offshore interests through silicon valley, raping the Utah economy. These crooks were sued for forgery and issuing illegal securities. Any investor needs to read the pleadings on file at the Utah Court of Appeals and learn Solera Networks, Ron Heinz, Steve Shillingford, Brandon Tidwell, and Bryan Sparks were sued and were trading in unregistered securities and REFUSED AN AUDIT from their investors after 5 MILLION DOLLARS disappeared into thin air.
