In reply to Steve Unger he is actually a crook and con artist I hired him to consult for my company he claimed he had over 20 years in the business . He promised to deveolp and grow my company with a minimum of 15 sales the first month and 30 in 60 days through his canvassing knowldege and team he was bringing on. I had him put it in writting so he knew his obligation and goals . He not only promised a canvassing team but telemarketing team and additional sales people to teach and train. He promised us 120 leads per month through his marketing . Guarantteing us sales After 3 weeks not one thing he promised was done . Nothing. He did not do one thing he stated in writting that he would do not one thing. it was obvious he did not have any of the knowledge and experience he claimed he had and we had no sales . He was even going to our sales guys for help to do proposals something Steve said he did for another company . We sat him down in the office and talked to him to let him go because this was not working out but He assured us he already had the canvassers lined up started for Tuesday so we decided to keep him for two more weeks and we cut him a check . We never said we did not have money to pay him . WE did not owe him what he claimed . He made numberous mistakes with customers , we caught him lying and building proposals to show more production to the customers and I was very upset and told him to leave. I will not run a company and promise a customer more production than the solar system will do . Our name is on it and Our name and reputation is very Important to us. so I had to let him go. When we let him go he called emailed and texted us numberous times threatening me claiming he was connected to the mob. I had to file a police report I was very scared of his "Psycho" behavior He continued harrassed us and my employees making dailey diroitory statements about us to everyone. He threatend to slander us all over the internet, with rip off report, internet, BBB, Small CLaims Court, the ROC He also claimed he would take our licienses away because he knoew people in the ROC. I filed a police report and was about to get a restraining order. I hired an attorney who advised me that this is one bad seed just get rid of him. My attorney said its cheaper to pay him than my attorney. So we paid him in exchange Steve Unger had to sign a diparge agreement agreeing not to slander , disparge, my company in anyway and remove any negative statements and if he did so he would be in breach of his agreement . It is Obvious he breached his agreement . I have since learned it is Imparative to do a backround check on all new hirees whether they are an employee or consultant. After all this I did some backround checking on Steve Unger and he did not work at the companies he stated and the ones he did work at fired him for the same reasons I had to let him go . He also harrassed them threatening them just like he harrassed us. He is one bad seed I would not recomend ever doing any business with him .

Frances, You can't leave well enough alone? Are you that insecure or is it jealousy that drives you to slander people and spread your ridiculous lies and altered sense of reality. Show me proof of what you're claiming Before I slap your silly a** with a lawsuit I have never had a single customer complaint and I do more volume than your ridiculous company that is located in the garage behind your house. I would consider calling you a (((REDACTED))), but that might be slanderous, so I'll refrain. Can I make a suggestion ? Actually several Focus on yourself and your business rather than what others are doing. Stop lying to your workers, the general public and yourself. Quit trying to screw over people that make money for you like the half dozen other sales people that I've talked to who say you didn't pay them. And stop trying to use ripoff report to disparage me and advertise for yourself. If someone wants great service and a great price on the best solar in the country, they know who to call. The number one Sunpower dealer in AZ, and it sure ISN'T "Phoenix solar specialists. "

This claim comes from a past employee I hired him as a consultant 09/2015 and I have checks to proof it. He was to manage, recruit, sell, build a sales team,and design solar systems . He said he had yesrs of experience but it became apparent he did not.I own the company and while I know how to design systems it is not my fortay and I hired Steve Unger to do so he claimed he built up many companies and was doing proposals for them as well. It became apparant that he did not know how to do proposals and did not hire anyone the few appointments he went on that were referrals of ours and never bought from us. We decided this was not going to work and we terminated him. He immedialty demanded approx $4,500.00 claiming he was charging $250.00 an hour I asked him to provide what he had done to show the work he could not provide anything. We immedialty started to receive threats through emails phone calls and texts at one point implying he was in the mob and promised to take care of me. All in all I hired an attorney who said just get rid of him "he's a bad seed" pay him it's not worth it and you are going to rack up a bill with me. So against my will we negociated and I paid him and he signed an agreement to witdraw any complaints against me and my company, deformation of charater and slandering , Including the internet , I just came across this by accident I thought it was removed by him. He should have removed it as per the agreement .I have been in business since 1988 and Solar since 2009 and never dealt with these charaters until I got into solar. I try to maintain a professional business, set myself to a higher standard offer the best cutomer service possible putting each customer first. No one is perfect but if we are ever at fault or the customer has a special request even after the intsall we try to take care of it many times free of charge. We always do our best to fix it. I hope when choosing a Solar Company you give us an opportunity to earn your business and not rely on "rip off report"

This report is not only a lie, it is comical.
The author, Frances Bailey of Phoenix Solar Specialists has a very distorted view of reality.
As a company owner, she should really brush up on Federal labor laws.
I dont know anyone that is willing to work for a company as a manager and would not expect to be paid for their time.
Frances seems to think that she doesnt have to pay a person for their time and effort while employed with her company.
She has burned many people in the solar industry by refusing to pay them based on ridiculous excuses.
for the record, I walked out on that company because i refused to tolerate her verbal abuse any longer.
in my opinion, Frances is bi-polar, menopausal and has no idea how to run her company.
No one will stay working for her for very long once they see who she really is.
She talks trash about her people, she has made racial comments about people and anti semetic comments as well.
She says she can do that because she is "half jewish"
One day she came into the office and broke down in tears in front of me complaining about her office admin (who also quit when i told her about what Frances was saying)
Phoenix Solar Specialists and i had an agreement in writing not to despairage each other, but she just couldnt resist posting something derrogatory about me. When i saw this i contacted her attorney and never got a response.
The contrent of this post is entirely true. Frances cant say the same about her bogus lies.
