Complaint Review: Steve Varney

Somebody finally had the nerve to say what they think about Steve Varney. Kuddos to you, my friend! This guy is a loose canon, bulldozing everyone and everything in his path. Thinks he can do or say whatever he wants without any recourse for his actions. I was so relieved to see your advice to others to be careful of this low life fool! Everyone is afraid of him because he is such a blow hard and capable of anything.....so good for you! I also notice he didn't have the nerve to place a rebuttal. Guilty?????? By all means yes! I do agree with all of your points and even has some additional ones.....

This guy landscaped a "business" for me in Branson. I spent ALOT of money to have this done. Mr bigshot knew it all - blew me off for any suggestions I had and basically made me feel like a fool for "thinking" I knew (I WAS THE CUSTOMER>>>>.....or so I thought! ) what I liked or even wanted. Drove around in his fancy truck, talking bigman on the radio, cell phone, etc instead of paying any attention to my ideas (....did I mention I thought I was the customer and paying for this????)  HEKNEW IT ALL.....but he was tooooooooo busy to talk to me to find out my opinions.Don;t even try to get in touch with im at any of the numbers he gives you. All you get is voicemail - which he never returns ........  or Mailbox is full? What the hell? Nice way to run a business. Thank goodness I have better standards!  I would recommend that anyone even thinking of using him - don't. It will cause you nothing but problems. He will jack you around constantly. He'll want a draw against his work after 5 minutes of labor. And send idiots out to do the job. I could forgo the disrespectful personality of his, if the job was great. But it was mediocre, overpriced, ugly, unprofessional and LATE!!! And he has the NERVE to blame things on me....the customer? What a d***o! Get a grip. Be a real man. No wonder he had to run from Branson with his tail between his legs and move to Highlandville MO. Now he hides under the name Greenworks. You are wise to never do business with him again. Nor will I, or any of my associates. I've got major jobs for someone else to do. I'd rather be treated like a client than a dog.
