Steve Waters is a first class clever rip off merchant. He asks for $395 for joing then bombards you with reams of paper work which you read daily.
Four days later he is asking for another $200 for a special project, but because you are a general you can have it for 150.
People need to be warned about people like Streve Waters. Although I have lost $395 I have learned a lot which says be wary...find out beforehand
