This guy ran auctions for cameras that he did not have in his possesion! A pyramid scheme! Sent cameras to most of the first buyers to get his ratings then never delivered the rest.

Hundreds of cameras, valued at $150+ were never delivered! A perfect scam!

Advertized that his work load was so large, you needed to wait 15-20 business days before shipping, this eliminated getting a refund from the so called secured "PayPal" (30 day limit) from the time that you won the auction.

I know get form letters from his E-mail stating that he is filing BK (little does he know or maybe just BS)that filing BK does not protect against fraudulent acts.

Lesson learned, DON"T Use Paypal with instant transfers from your checking account! Always use a credit card for at least some kind of security against rip offs.
