I bought a camera on ebay, paid with direct debit through Paypal, never received camera after more than a month.
Business phone is out of service; cell phone doesn't answer; no response to emails.
Paypal won't help -- "You must file complaint within 30 days" -- What a ripoff they are!
Ebay won't help -- "You must file complaint within 30 days" -- What a ripoff they are!
PayPal and ebay are, in effect, helping this guy.
Working now to get NY state help, legal help, etc. Good luck to me...... any ideas or help you have??
