I Bid on a toshebia computer on December 8, 2005. I was the successful bidder. I was provided instructions on getting the funds to the seller and the time frame that I needed to get the funds to the seller.

Funds were sent to seller per his agreement on December 13, 2005 in the amount of $605.25. A cashiers check was sent to the seller and it was received by the seller on December 21, 2005.

To date no computer has been received and seller has not provided the refund that he promised.
