Steven Chasity & Associates Fraudulently claimed to be a collection specialist Malibu California
Samantha from Steven Chasity & Associates contacted my business inquiring about collection needs. There happened to be one case that was up into collections. She seemed to be knowledgeable so I trusted her at her word. At first there was plenty of communication, she even went so far as to tell me that they had already looked into this person's account and there was plenty of money to pay my bill. I agreed to use their services and paid $905.00.
That was in October of 2016. When I spoke with a man at the firm, I did not write down his name, after being told I would have to pay an additional $700 to expedite my case, I asked what was being done the conversation did not last long. My questioning of the progress lead him to tell me I was being passive aggressive and he hung up on me.
This moring , Feb. 9, 2017, I tried to call back adn of the 2 numbers I have for them, one is disconnected and no one answers the other.
