Just like Heather, who also reported to the Rip Off Report, I left a $700 deposit for a full room of children's furniture in April 2002. The furniture never arrived. The last contact I had with the store was in October 2002 by phone. The store is closed and the phone is disconnected. How can I reach Steven Grossman? How can I get my deposit back?
The Better Business Bureau was no help. My credit card company was no help. 7 on your side and Fox 5 Problem solvers were also no help. I need to find the guy to sue him or pursue this on some level.
