In one of my college classes I was reading the Daily O'Collegian, a local college newspaper. The ad was placed in the classifieds about English Bulldog puppies for sale for 700.00. The person that placed the ad left an e-mail address.

After e-mailing Lisa Williams, she replied that she had recently sold her last pup to a Steven Keller. A veternarian that had been sent over to Nigeria to work with the West African Veterinary Commission. He could no longer care for the pup and was selling him for the price he paid for him.

After contacting Steven at his e-mail address, he sent me several e-mails with specific details about the care of the puppy, Milly, and pictures of him as well. I e-mailed him back about payment details. He asked that I Western Union him 700.00 US dollars.

I was to provide the MTCN #, sender's address, sender's name, and test question and answer. He would then e-mail me a flight itinerary with details about the shipping agent to the airport of my choice.

I sent the payment on September 11, 2006. He called me several times up to that point for payment details. Then after I called him the next morning to see if he had sent the dog he said he was on the way to the airport. I never recieved a flight itinerary.
